Description:
As a Skipper with EcoBoats, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of
our eco-friendly vessels. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our passengers have a
safe, enjoyable, and environmentally conscious experience on the water.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety of all passengers and crew members.
- Perform routine maintenance checks and coordinate any necessary repairs.
- Adhere to all maritime laws and regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for all passengers.
Qualifications:
- Valid Skipper's license and certifications required by Montenegro maritime authorities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for environmental conservation and sustainable practices.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
