EcoBoats lauches new electric boat line connecting Tivat and Krtoli via Bazdanj Pier

EcoBoats recently launched a new electric boat line connecting Tivat and Krtoli from the Pine waterfront via Bazdanj Pier, aiming to improve marine transport within the municipality. The initiative was praised by Tivat's Deputy Mayor Jovan Brinić, who highlighted its significance for both local residents and tourists, especially during the summer season.

EcoBoats is working closley with our partners Lustica Bay and the municipality of Tivat, to establish bus lines between Krtoli, Radovici and Lustica Bay.

EcoBoats plans to operate a more frequent electric boat service compared to last year, beginning summer of 2025 and continuing throughout the year. The main route would be between Tivat and the water terminal near Tivat Airport, where passengers will also be transported to the terminal by an electric buggy.

EcoBoats already connects Tivat with several nearby locations, including Luštica, Krašići, the airport, Bazdanj pier, and Porto Novi, thanks to funding from Luštica Development and support from the Krtoli local community. Plans are underway to expand the service to include a new line from Tivat to Luštica Bay via Bazdanj pier, with efforts focused on resolving administrative permits before the summer season begins.

Special discounted rates and monthly passes will be available for locals, while tickets will be sold onboard. Fares will range from €3.90 in the bay to €12 for trips to Perast. EcoBoats hopes to maintain and expand this eco-friendly transportation system in partnership with the municipality and Luštica Bay.
