Customers' credit card numbers are not stored on the merchant's system, and data entry is protected by SSL encryption. PCI DSS Standards - AllSecure Payment Gateway is constantly aligned with all card organization requirements to increase the level of security for merchants and customers. Since 2005, without interruption, the system has been certified as PCI-DSS Level 1, which represents the highest standard in the industry. PCI Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) is a standard that defines the necessary security measures during the processing, storage, and transmission of sensitive card data. PCI standards protect sensitive cardholder data throughout the entire payment process: from the moment the data is entered at the merchant's point of sale, during communication between the merchant and relevant banks and card organizations, as well as later storage of that data.

Currency Conversion Statement

All payments will be made in the currency of the Republic of Montenegro – EUR (€). The amount charged to your credit card will be expressed in your local currency through conversion at the exchange rate provided by Visa/MasterCard. As a result of this conversion, there may be a slight difference from the original price listed on our website.

When you select the Pay by Card option, fields will appear where you must enter the following details: card number, cardholder's name, card expiration date, and CVV number (or card verification number) - this is the number that usually appears on the back of the card, after the card number (it may display the full 16-digit card number or just the last 4 digits) and is usually a 3-digit code (some cards have 4 digits), and this 3-digit number is your card's CVV number. In the next step, you will see a purchase confirmation that you can print or simply record the transaction details - information about the transaction status (whether the transaction was successful or not), order ID number - the ID number of each order is unique, the amount you paid and the currency in which the transaction was made, the last 4 digits of the card you used to make the payment and the card type or brand, the bank's authorization code - a unique number for each successful card transaction, and the date and time when the transaction was made. Complaints Policy

All payments of advanced funds will end after receiving confirmation to the email address you entered during purchase. Advance funds are not subject to refund. The user cannot cancel the service already paid and the card cannot be canceled after the advance funds have been received or the reserved funds have been received. Refunds are only possible if the User exercises a right based on consumer protection law, or if the Provider enables the use of paid services in accordance with its business policies. Refunds will be exclusively related to the data transaction. In case the buyer has the right to refund the funds, this is achieved by sending to the e-mail address info@ecoboats.me the confirmation of the completed payment received at the time of executing the payment transaction, and if the request for refund of the funds is positively resolved by our side, You will receive notification of the email containing your request, confirming that the funds will be refunded. The period for carrying out the procedure of withdrawal of funds at the request of the user cannot exceed 14 days from the date of initial email request.

Refunds

In case of refund of funds, the refund will be charged exclusively to the card used for payment. This means that our bank will execute our request to return the funds to the account of the user card from which the payment was made.
